Quarter revenue still very low which only RM52m. Meaning that still no major contributor from TWY & Star residence as unbilled sales maintain at high level of RM970m.

@kancs3118 , Only 10 to 15% profit ? i thought that is low land cost for the star residence. therefore 20% to 30% should be no problem for this project. Am i right ?

Hope this time the 4Q results will show the major contribution from Star residence and TWY which we are waiting for so long.

Lets talk about Symlife here, a lot of stocks was going up day by day but symlife still laggard . Hope symlife will going up another uptrend wave after hold and resting.

since the 50% of tower 3 sold,share price easily can go up to RM1.50 before end of this year 2017. Positive news will support the share price up especially big profit contribution from 1 billion unbilled sales on the project like star residences & TWY.

Hi CharlesT, I think the EPS per quarter will be higher than RM0.04 once the star residences and TWY was start major contribute. Especially high margin on star residences project due to low land cost. Timing of this contribution is very important now which will lead the shares going up.

The return of Star residence project is very low if based on their annual report. hope this only reflect on preliminary stage only.

As we can see most of the unbilled sales was not reflected into the account almost a year till now 963 million over. The main contributor will be TWY and star residence project and I guess that still in the preliminary stage as at 30June16. Hope all this can reflected soonest.

if 10 units x RM0.20 = rm2 / 2 right = rm1 /right
issue Right price at RM1.20
total new share value is RM1+Rm1.2 = RM2.20 vs market value rm2.43 (14Dec)
just discount of RM0.23 , rm0.23/2.43 x100 =9.47% only vs 46% discount (not included free half share warrant value)
