Apart from what I have mentioned about fumbling announcement, it's also a year of transition to Dickson, Diana, etc all in the family. The JVs that I have mention together with the corporate restructure was to put in place the defending for 2014 challenges because they know it was going to be a hard year. Notwithstanding this knowledge of the changes in property sector mooted to control by the govt and putting this strong defense in corporate structure and heavy marketing with DIBS in 2013 to secure the sales, they have now a rm2b unbilled but failed miserably to control the new leadership's inexperience in handling the perception. So what we have is marketing a GO, Sales a GO, Gearing a GO (esp with the sale of Canal land to Eco) and seems like everything is a go except the share price.

This is best explain in short, lack of confidence in the current leadership (perceived by investors) to juggle and to see the importance of perception against reputation. Here we have poor perception, good FA but poor share market performance. Easily this is attributed to the many failure in drawing the parallel achievement in those areas I have mentioned.
