Uzma declared an interim dividend some months ago. Awaiting final dividend announcement.On the way!!!!

Uzma was hit by heavy selling for reason or reasons I m still trying to find!!!??? I m scratching my head hard!! Come on market players! Just take a peep into Uzma's financial result. This is not the way to treat a good solid company.

Yup qtr result is out! Individual period...10,595 vs current of 10,456..within expectation.Cumulative period 23,862 vs current 35,434 after tax. Basic earning per share...17.05 vs current 25.47

Together with the declared interim dividend of 30% earlier. Grand total of 120%. I will take that anytime.

High of 6.49 today. Should be able to hit 6.50 anytime.

Uzma on the way to become Billion Dollar Paid Up Listed company? At current price of 6.25 Uzma's capitalization stands at 825 million. Another 175 million more to that magical 1 Billion which works out for the share price to hit 7.58!!!!

Agree in total with alphajack. Datuk Wira is some sort of a figure head. The brain behind Uzma is Datuk Kamarul.Quite an expert in oil and gas matters.

Direct deal is the usual norm for TH to get Uzma shares. At 4.50 to 4.65 range buyers are around.....like today's trading range low of 4.54 to 4.75 closing price.

I was informed Petone proposal should go down well with SC and Bursa.

ZZjuniorinvest86......Since there is a RA by Petone. We wait for the 2nd part.If SC and Bursa reject all the proposal in total then we face the possibility of being delisted.But before that there is avenue of appeal. Delisted meaning taken off from the official list of Bursa listing group of entities.

The Requisite Announcement by Petone is out!!! 2nd step now is the formal submission to regularize its financial condition and the up liftman of its PN 17 status. Last day of submission is on the 29th of Dec.

We will know by today!!!!!! Lets keep our fingers crossed!!!!

Uzma closing at 4.78! What a week it has been for Uzma! When the share price was on the way down lots of ppl wrote off Uzma!This counter has been out performing in many ways!!!

Uzma's 3rd Qt result due out soon. Another good set of result will propel the share price higher than 4.80.Not to mention any secured project plus a bonus issue.

Dear njue76.....By depressing the price at the 11th hour or last min to close low pointing to buying lower the next day.Likewise by jacking up the price to close high pointing to selling higher the next day.It might not be the doing of any of the directors.Could be the doing of some institution funds. Due to the illiquid nature of Uzma's trading it can be done easily.

The last second matching of 4.60 was really uncalled for!!!!! Uzma ended down .20 cents!!!! Instead of at least unchanged or up a few bids!!!!! Come on!!!! Fight like a man!!!!! As supporters of Uzma we should be proud of the company.

Dear njue76......The 4.60 was traded a few seconds to the end of matching price. Its very hard to get shares unless you are watching the trading screen.I agree in total with you about the trade off market!!!!!!!!
