What happened if the person who holds the OR currently did not pay for the rights? Will they get the money back or the money considered burned? Coz i dun think that with current mother price people will be interested to pay for the rights..

I still don't understand as why the company release the info on their new project after the OR come out..price drop and making people panic to sell on their first OR..they should have give out the news before the announcement of right shares..not a really good management we have in minetec..

normal profit taking process until end of year..wait till chinese new year and see what will happen..

i dun think its gone..no announcement of disposal whatsoever..be patient and wait for 2-3 months..

I believe the signs of upward trend shown starting from today...

From my point of view, short term people are selling their OR coz of panic due to mother increase, therefore high selling volume of OR and high buying volume of mother.. i still think for those with holding power can start collecting both mother n OR for long term investment..now that mother breakeven the right share purchase price, people are confident and thus translates to today's behaviour..

coff33shop if you plan to buy OR, wait first and see the mother trend..if at least 17-18 cents then worth to buy..just in case it falls back after OR expired..if you plan to keep for some time for both warrant and mother it would be best to keep until next year around march since got some good news for new project and expected the minetec EPS to increase by that time..so its actually a good investment probably..but its your decision to decide for buying though..the company portfollio seems not to be in the positive side though from quarter finance report....my 2 cents..

And also I still can't figured out on the first day after ex date, why the price went down until 13 cents instead of maintain at 15-16 cents... Something is really fishy..

To be honest, I am curious too on this company's strategy and planning on the current situation..how come they put up so much barrier at 14 cent-15 cents and suddenly today before closing they push up the price and lift up the barrier? Who could have done such things with big funds beside the company? And why they did this?

If it is as you said, then not worth to buy unless if you set the target warrant price after subscription can breakeven the low mother price..judging from price manipulation I suggest just see first until final day of OR whether to buy or not..bcoz logically company will need to do something bout their rights and will push mother up to attract people buying the rights to raise their funds..but again..it can be any possibility..just analyze and use your instinct might be the best..

it is worth only: a) you have enough cash fund to topup extra 15 cents per share you own in OR, b) The mother share is at least greater than price of OR plus 15 cents..in other words, not worth as per now..
