Even if every shareholders fully subscribe the OR. Hubline debt is still oustanding at RM162,712 million. Which means the OR only cleared 17% of the overall debt. And debts incurred from the now defunct Container Shipping Business will be around 142.01 million.

From where will hubline generate the income to pay off the 142.01 million?
Of course from their current business that is generating profits/income.

So how long does Hubline need to clear off that debt?
The longer it takes, the longer we will be stranded with our shares.

What will happened if debtors start taking legal action Hubline should they failed to extend their restraining orders?

I'm not worried about the debts incurred from the Dry Bulk Business as it has been generating profits and able to pay off the debts gradually.

I'm still 50/50 whether to subscribe the RI.

Agree with the above view that the cancellation of the PP was a good thing. If I'm the new shareholder, I would prefer to buy the shares direct from the market, as it is cheaper than the PP.
