But for those who bot at 1.60 and above , well who do you blame other than yourself! I am also a minority shareholder and also represent a group of happy minorities shareholders whom have been very happy investing in OSK and have full trust is Tan Sri Ong leadership! Just because he exercising his right to sell at lower price to Osk does not warrant or reflect the potential of PJD itself. He has his right to sell, so do you. But to curse him for exercising his right has gone beyond the limit! We all fully supported him because he protected the interest of all the companies he is controlling. He did not jeopardize the company interest. By protecting the company interest mean that all shareholders including the disgruntled shareholders all also being protected!

When PJD was trading at below one ringgit , a discount of almost rm 2 .00 to its NTA , why no one queried n got mad ? Obviously it's because went in to buy at a speculative high price n got burnt.!!! So must blame somebody instead of own self.

If Tan Sri Ong did not join the board of PJD, the share price cannot go up to where it is today, just look at the share prices for the last 10 years

But they seldom tell you that you need Perseverance to see it through. When I started buying at 60 cents till 90 cents, I noticed each time someone dressed it lower. That keep me thinking why? But my conviction and steadfast in believing the business will do well help me to hold this till now. In actual fact I been buying all the way till 2.50 and still buying as it drop lower. In actual fact in my 25 years of investing tHis is one of my best return. Even if you had identified a good winning stock, it takes guts and patient to reap the harvest. This is not a stock that make u winner if you take profit early. But the last one standing is the ultimate winner.

My target is 3 PE 15 assuming eps of 20 cents. Upside of 30%. Not many knows that their spore distributions efficiency will add on to their earning. And best of all The Edge is the first to cover this stock, no research house even notice this stock until last week. When more houses starting to cover this stock the liquidity will become more exciting! When the prices drop, the setting of the conversion price of warrant at lower level will make the warrant more attractive. Think who stand to benefit the most?

Investment is abt buying good shares and let them perform in term of earning. Then it will be reflected in eps thus the share prices will reflect it value. What have change since the high? Lots of changes. Oil price drop will bring down the costs of doing business! It will drive raw materials like corn and soy lower. So the inputs and transportation costs and generating lower. This stock move 3 days (this time 5 days due to QL-Layhong sentiment) consolidate for 5 days and move again. They are collecting until when they have enough. Very little free float. When 3 they will invite fund mangers to visit. All the analysts will start to analyse this sector.

Of course, teoseng is worth more than 4, if similar takeover happen. But it's already control by NLH

These two group New LH and QL cannot see eye to eye! Each will wanted to show off. But New LH is much bigger than QL but valuation wise QL richer in PE. After affinity buy into NLH group the story will be different. So rerating in poultry stocks especially Teoseng.

The QL and lay hong merger will reinforce the New Leng Hup-Teoseng profile. If QL has high PE what is stoping NLH-Teoseng from achieving that? Very exciting

That is why when I ask what can match teoseng I don't find any so far, ( if u just simply throw in any rubbish stocks will only reflect your own shallowness, but everyone do make mistake, is alright if u are sincere) to share is to gain from everyone intellectual. Plus they have favour able distribution system in spore that will enhance their margin. That is the diff with rest of the layer companies esp Huat lai.

To be sure if we are right or wrong just ask questions like do they produce something that the market needs or just producing rumours? Do they generate div that can match your fixed deposit rate and can they beat inflation? Some ppl may say we are stupid to buy poultry stocks.
