suddenly reduced to a few bcoz Government cannot subsides SOFT loan (4%) to winning
bidders (90% of All Projects award in 2015--no subsidy). Since Puncak has alot of Cash--it is going to have the Upperhand. Gov. Contract citeria 1) political connection 2) Money 3) Experience. I rate Puncak 2.5 of 3.0
EPF might be waiting for Puncak new announcement after the signing of the deal. Actually
right now i am more interested in what Puncak is going to annouce bcoz it will impact
Puncak share price alot (from 3.5 to 4.50 )
