my strategy proven correct in this situation

buy bottom = you either win less or win more only
chase high = 50 win 50 loss

btw it is no brainer that buy at bottom price is better than buying at high price, because it is win-win situation whether the price continue to go up or lower back after a fake break out.

I have just sold very few at RM1.28 on friday to lock some profit. will enter back that portion if it going back to below Rm1.20 level

SURIA fair value is at least RM3.27 NTA, might be more with future growth, but so what? who gonna pay you RM3.27? tomorrow you sell at open market you get RM1.25

doesn't matter how much you think SURIA actually worth, if nobody pay you that much you won't get it, in fact, people who bought SURIA at RM2 above think they can get SURIA in the future at above RM3 or more, but now all of them are still trapped with paper loss here~!

I know how much SURIA worth, and I know how to make money from stock market~!

just my 2 cents, 1.87 now, limited upside already, consider well if u still want to risk (although I agree risk is low), even the SCR pass u can't sell right away RM2, u need wait the exdate or sell slight cheaper

not just any undervalue counter, but at least 50% discount from it's fair value

I don't suggest people invest into counter that is currently traded at fair value, why? simple just see what happen when people invest MMC at it's fair value (above RM2)

@kinuxian good idea, but I will suggest replace TENAGA with SURIA. imo, TENAGA is currectly trade at it's fair price, not undervalued. Should have look for undervalue stock to swap instead. Moreover, SURIA is the stock is the most similarities with MMCCORP

I rather sell for profit at capped RM2 than wait don't know how long with paper loss, that is no brainer. anyone that hope that SCR fail so that price can go above RM2 should only reenter this counter AFTER the SCR failed

for me low (limited downside) = buy, high (limted upside, even if SCR pass) = sell. as soon as it reached my TP this round I will sell again

as simple as that, no need to know the result of the SCR beforehand, just react to the market price accordingly

where go the people that say price tell everything now? price never tell you anything, it is just risk vs reward thing here, unless you are the true insider that know the result beforehand

@ziyang8896 if I am not wrong, CW issuers are the one that have been controlling the price of this counter, prior and after privatization announcement, it have been the same style, so I believe should be the same entity, price DIP prior some of the recently expired CWs convinced me more that they are behind controling the price.

if that is the case, they definitely holding significant amount of mother shares to be able to control the price like this
