Good price to buy for dividend (3 sen declared - annualised 6%). Buy before 6/2 (ex-date) - see announcement in Bursa.

Take note that oil prices continued to decline. Brent is now only USD56.25 (from USD70 at the start of the US - Iran issue).

Looks like selling well absorbed. Someone is supporting this counter. I can see all sellers at 0.55 eaten up.

The company has been buying back its shares consistently, meaning it believes its shares are grossly undervalued. Once its new limestone factory starts operation (expected to be soon), we should expect to see its share prices moving up very fast. It has been holding very well at the current level. Don't forget this is part of the larger Hap Seng group.

i topped up some more warrants today.

Don't give up hope so easily. You will note that there are very few sellers in the queue. I want to buy low also cannot get. Just needs some big players to push the mother and it can easily go limit up. Then warrants will follow.

The current strengthening of the Ringgit is good for importers like Solid especially their automotive electrical parts segment as these are all imported. This should gradually translate into better profit margin (lower import costs) and we should expect to see better profits in the next Qtr results. Thumb up for Solid !

Further update: Bursa approval obtained on 21NOV19.

Besides the private placement, there will be an issuance of free warrants for existing shareholders on the basis of 1 free warrant for every 2 shares held. Company announced that they have submitted their application to Bursa in Nov19. So you can expect Bursa approval and major announcement anytime soon.

Better prospects ahead with the new limestone business targeted for commissioning early 2020.

Qtr results within expectation although I would wish to see better net profit with the growth in sales. IMO this company has growth potentials with the enlarged operation following the recent acquisition of the Borneo Technical and Win Soon Auto (Win Soon group) which explained the increase in revenue reported.

QR expected to be better with profit coming from newly acquired business. Hope they will announce dividend too.

Happy to see Solid looks good today. Guess the good qtrly results coming out very soon. The warrants very active.
