3) Mr. Ng - 1.262 B

New appointee Dato Chia acquired around
2.6 Bill shares only.

What happened to the balance around 1 Bill?
Diid anyone chase to purchase?

If keep introducing free warrants, mother share price will go down in tendem.
Once given and when you don't have New Order Books to move forward than price of all become stagnant!

If I have a share (running my own listed company) which with good order books and hardwork has gone up from 0.20 to 1.00, ...
And I feel that there's more improvement but small shareholders cannot buy because became too expensive....
Than I'll sincerely come out with RI plus warrants (if needed) to dilute my shares,
So that more people can invest and make my company grow!

Must also know about, how new warrants are given together with Rights Issue (RI).
When RI is introduced, than your share base increases also.
Than your price/share after listing goes down accordingly.

tkl88, if an existing warrant expires than that's it. Burn! Unless the company wants to extend the expiry date.
If you introduce new warrants, than the mother share price will go down!
So, why want to introduce new warrants, in Vivocom's case, the price is at sickly bottom @ 0.015?

For your refreshal. An existing warrant can only expire or extended.

tkl88. Don't understand your equation of WC & WD being replaced by WF & WG!
There's no such thing in warrant history that one can replace an existing warrant.

1) Consolidate the shares.
2) Possible, extend the expiry of WC & WD
3) Get in new order books for the future.
These are the possibilities which can help revive the share price...

One of the main reason why Vivocom share price became this low is because of too many free warrants introduced throughout the years besides the main reason which is 'Not showing profits' or growth in their order books.

Yes. Receivables especially from the one off Low cost housing projects they got.
The company has been manoeuvring till to date where exactly the profits has gone to.

Aluminium contribution is the only thing that their doing proper.
Telco tower, not sure what's their progress.
Construction? What happened after their last Big projects they got 3 years ago? Why no continuous new ones?

For the moment is a wait and see game.
Because from their last major acquisition,
It has been around 3 years for them hardly announcing something continuously in their order books to show shareholders that the company is progressing.

Very soon the company's Happy Days will end!

I hold this company shares today but cannot sell.
I also cannot afford to buy or accumulate just because it'scheap today.
Reason being, I also don't know where exactly is this company moving.

Why is that for this coming year after the budget, some thinks that Vivocom will some new ones?
If it's a full fledged Construction company than they should have been getting projects continuously for the last 2 years plus.

Trying to get a clearer picture.
The affordable housing projects in Malaysia has been going on for a few years already.
Vivocom, got some around 2016 but not sure how. After that no more for 2 years plus, Why?

But don't understand what kind of a listed construction company is this in Bursa Malaysia hoovering between 0.015-0.03 for more than a year?

Looking at the whole picture, Vivocom is only a middleman in getting construction business during Ku Nan's time thereafter subcontracting to others and making profits out of it.
Vivocom is not a full fledged Construction company.
It's only a one off thing for the company when BN was rulling.
Try them today to submit tender, see if can get!

Coming back to Vivocom.
Do you see this company having/getting any other new projects in the construction business especially Rumah Prima since 2016/17?
Why don't have if they're already in the 'Construction Business'?

tkl88. Not sure how you derived your figures about the KLSE.
Your outburst doesn't make sense or has any weight.
If there's a Global Recession (which all signs show), KLSE will not be spared either even how good the budget is going to be.
Also the country is not in a good shape moving forward and cannot always rely on Oil and Construction to show the country is moving forward!

Many have been petient. It has been 3 years or so without any potential news also not sure what happened with the receivables till to date.
When will profits collected returned to investors like us who supported the company when they wanted?
