Fragile84, ESOS is the shares u entitled to purchase once u join this company, usually 1-2 week average of d shares price, or some discounted price, depend on the IPO Employer/employee agreement. let say you are given RM7.2, means u can sell it when the price more than 7.2, if lower nobody will sell it. The company will arrange all transaction thru third party financial acct, no need to come out the money, just pay or collect the $$ different.

push the RM shares wouldnt help.., considering weak RM... stability still long way to go. if u r the boss, at this moment, do u concentrate here or oversea?

A lower price much easier to de-list from bursa.

i wonder what is all this financial expert doing ...how they calculated the target price, all way high higher compare to current price..it happen to almost all counters...is that they r so confidence about the future...and sad to realized that all this fortune teller is about 10% right......ONLY.
