In relation to Company's announcement dated 04 July 2016 and 04 October 2016 on the MOU, the Board of Directors of the Company hereby wishes to announce the following:-

i) A Turnkey Construction Agreement has been entered into between Listari Marina (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd. and NWP Builder Sdn. Bhd. a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company for a total contract sum of RM22,000,000/- for the construction of 9 storey tower block with 160 units of service suites on HS(D) 70398 PT 497 Pekan Klebang, Sek 11, Daerah Melaka Tengah, Melaka .

ii) Following an application to the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia ("CIDB") to be a registered contractor, NWP Builder Sdn. Bhd. has been granted a G7 licence on 03 November 2016.

Result is good. But the dividend has been declared in 1 June. There is no interI'm dividend this round. Perhaps i3investor can amend the data posted here.
