I think the company resell treasury share is to raise money to meet the cash portion for taking over Nylex. Wheareas the directors take up shares is they see the value of Ancom shares.

Finally declare divident of 0.3 cent, better than nothing. At least proved that company lis financially sound. This counter is really a laggard,up only abount 20% from year low while many other counters already multiple the share price.

Price pressed down, I think is because the majority shareholder want us to happily accept the proposal in view of the current price is much lower than what they offerred.

Me 100% support the proposal, per share will get capital repayment of RM0. 392 cash plus Ancom share of RM0. 52(@discounted price of RM1. 50)and I am still having my Nylex share

We Nylex minority shareholder will receive RM 0.40 cash plus abount RM0. 52 worth of Ancom share after the exercise and we are still keeping our Nylex share, so hold tight

Other reason could be good QR due to good performance of auto industry.

Push becoz company will get cash if warrant holder convert,anyway the warrant is in the money.

With higher CPO price and now cash rich,next quarter will perform very well.

The fair value should not be so low,PE less than 3,NTA 1.2 ROE 14,profitable all the times, this counter fulfilled all the criteria for FA,price will shoot up without right.

QR out,satisfactory result.Right issue with RCP aborted and replaced by private placement.I thinks that the reason share price not going up to make average price lower and attractive for private placement.

Nylex will benefit from the budget allocated for sanitiser.

Disappointing QR,however it was big improvement as compared with last quarter,moreover,there was still profit before tax. Next quarter should be good in view of good demand of ethanol

Pchem QR just out,EPS is about half of what LCTitan's EPS,I think foreign fund will come back to LCTitan

Soon will get share dividend of 1 for 40 shares held working out to be 1.8 Sen based on closing price of 73 sen,giving divident yield of 2.5% which is better than FD rate

Directors or major shareholders buying is very good news means this price is good to go in.

Another 1 cent dividend will be paid soon,date is to be announced.The divergent yield is much better than bank FD plus growth potential,Samchem is real gem.
