Hi ccs999, EPCC contracts should be announced in the coming months after developers like Advanceon have finalized the EPCC price with Slvest. The upcoming months would be exciting. RM5 after BI, by year end should not be a problem :D I personally will be holding on to it all the way!

Honestly, who reads RHB report ???

I did my research and spoke to some people in the industry. It seems that I have lied about Slvest being able to get 250MW of LSS EPCC contracts. The correct figure is somewhere between 300MW-350MW. This is HUGE ! We are talking about close to RM 1b in project value. This will secure Slvest future earnings for 2 years !

If you ask me about the TP for next week, I would say Slvest would be able to break RM 4 conservatively. We will be seeing a mad rush of buying on Monday. Limit up is definitely possible!
Those who sold yesterday are definitely crying now. But, its not too late to board the SolarRocket.

HI Leestar.. My gut feeling is around 2.2-2.3

Lets imagine this :
Slvest wins 50MW of LSS. My rough estimate a solar farm of this scale is able to generate RM5m PAT per year.
In the coming months, developers who won LSS will announce awarding EPCC contracts to Slvest. (lets estimate it at 250MW). This will convert to about lets say RM500m in revenue, PAT RM35m.

Solarvest Rooftop segment will generate lets say RM 20m PAT in the next FYE.

Whatever price it is today will be more than double next year.

I will not advise to buy / Sell. But in my humble opinion, why sell when you know the potential upside of this company ?

I strongly believe it will hit 3.50 by the end of next week with LSS sentiment and BI coming in at the same time.

Looking at the big names of clientele under Slvest, i think they have proven to be able outweigh their competitors. I wouldn't worry too much about it

Based on my opinion, I reckon the BI will be somewhere in March after the LSS result announcement. I forsee Slvest will have the potential to go above 3.5 after LSS result. It will be too expensive to buy then and thus BI will come in handy.

I would use the assumption of solarvest achieving 500m worth projects and probably 35m profit (7% margin). Now this is only for LSS. We should also look at the rooftop segment as well. Conservatively lets put it at 200m revenue from rooftop with the same margin.

I think there are only 4-5 main players in the market able to deliver projects with LSS scale. Solarvest being the "dai kor" of course. We also have Samaiden, Mattan, ERS and maybe Plus Solar.
There will be 1000MW worth of projects under LSS4. We need to also consider how many of these solar companies have the financial capability to finance the construction of the project. Among the names that I have listed out, I can only see 2 players being able to take up such a big scale.

If we consider that the LSS4 result is coming out at the end of Feb. And we know that there is a high possibility that Solarvest will be one of the winners (200MW MoU). It is very likely that RM4 is achievable.

All profit takers from today are contra players. Let them leave. Next week will test 3.40 and move up to 3.5. Stephen never lies

Wow if I am understanding correctly... 200MW in total and about half a B in project value. It seems they are indicating they have already secured LSS4. Profit taking would be silly. My guess is it will go beyond RM4 when the results come out. SolarRocket is lifting off !
