到底马航的问题出在哪里呢？


首先，我们先排除大马航空业面临的3大考验，

3 Malindo的加入


我们主要来看马航的内部问题。
马航的营业额是没有问题的，
还不断增加tim。
所以重点就落在盈利。
一家有营业额但是没有盈利的公司，
当然问题是出在花费上。


花费基本上分为3种
1 variable cost会随着营业额的增加而增加
比如：汽油的用量
2 fixed cost固定的花费
管理层的薪水
3 financial cost
借钱的利息
不论问题出在哪里，
肯定是管理层的问题，
因为制定一个好的方针。


马航说要重组，
但是却不炒掉问题的中心，
只是在一些皮毛的地方开刀，
比如：增加一点载客率，
换一些节能飞机，
根本于事无补。
这个不叫做重组，
应该叫做修饰。


接下来马航要如何填补这个洞呢？
其实基本只有3条路可走。
1 再次发附加股让股东买单
2 卖掉飞机改用租的，就可以获得一大笔现金
3 提高机票价格，营业额必定减少
总结：马航一天没有大幅裁员，
就不需要去留意，
除非它的竞争对手有一天凭空消失。
