and with IMO mandating for fuel to adopt Euro6 standard, which most refineries are not able to yet... I believe the loan that HengYuan wants is to upgrade it to that standard

for now, it should be range bound for oil.

there are no new refineries coming online. and with China and other countries slowly adopting endemic phase, the demand for fuel will increase.

okay... back to oil refining business... on this planet, the totalled license for refining is about 88mbpd. but most of these refineries run max to 80% Nia.
