"Super investor", in fact he is a speculator, declared again and again that Sendai can achieve RM2 billion revenue with 5% profit which is RM100 million. Last quarter result shown that Sendai only made RM15,264,000 or 15% of the projected total profit. Vahana holdings has 71.8%, Tabung Haji has 5.2% and public holding has 14.7% of the total shares. 85.3% of the total shares 773,899,000 will be 660,135,847 shares. Market price is RM712,946,715. Please make sure none of them will continue to sell their shares.

Eventhough there will be some technical rebound but the second day or few days later share price will fall deeper because the buyer that bought in early they will try to quit when the price reach their break even price. Think propery! Don't follow blindly. If you still have confidence with this counter, now is the opportunity to buy more and let your master to quit secretly.

Why the share price can always go up or decline before it near the QR? Why the retailers and the poor are always buy high sell low? Because the super investor and successful entrepreneurs are "inside" the scene. They moved first then the market will follow.

If you are so believe in this speculator, I challenge all his supporters and followers, HOLD the stock until it reach IPO price. DON'T sell it even thought the share price is continue to decline.

Another question is:- if this company business is doing so well and why they need to raise fund? They can use the reserved fund for business developments. Unless they have very limited cash in hand to pay the debts and borrowings.

Very simple logic. 10 mans are holding 10 eggs. Every egg worth RM10 and the total amount will be RM100. One man will have 10% shares and worth RM10. Now the eggs increased to 11 and there's a new man join in to use RM9 to get 1 egg or 10% shares. Now 11 mans share 11 eggs with the total amount of RM109. RM109 divide by 11, one man can get how much? Count yourself.

I wondering those supporter is whether Mr Khoon's follower or employee? This is the situation like Barang Naik and the peoples. （吉隆坡27日讯）本地股市著名投资者官有缘早前因逾期申报本身在3家上市公司股权变动的事件曝光后，马来西亚公司委员会“按兵不动”多日，周五终于表态。

在公司委员会的眼中，官有缘的行为几乎是“明知故犯”。

该委员会向《南洋商报》透露，它将根据相关证据采取适当行动。触犯有关条例的最高罚款达100万令吉。

大马公司委员会指出，马股著名投资者官有缘早前是“明知故犯”，不遵守有关大股东呈报股权动态的条例；而根据该条例，一旦定罪，他可能面对最高100万令吉罚款。

早前，官有缘因逾期申报本身在富佳木业（FLBHD，5197，主板工业产品股）、纬树（LATITUD，7006，主板消费产品股）与威城（VS，6963，主板工业产品股）的股权变动，而引起媒体报道和市场关注。

大马公司委员会通过电邮向《南洋商报》表示，官有缘在部落格撰文，指马交所的申报制度相当繁琐，显示出他是在清楚法令条例的情况下，故意不遵守条例。

“根据官有缘的陈述，他是知道本身需要填写29A和29B表格，因此，这除了显示相关法令没有漏洞，也代表这是一起纯粹明知故犯的案件。”

据此，大马公司委员会将采取适当行动，但仍取决于相关证据。

该单位发言人说：“目前，我们还未收到来自马交所或其他方面的投诉，所以，我们是根据媒体的报道，来展开调查行动。”

根据大马公司委员会，在1965年公司法令第69E、69F及69G条文下，大股东必须在崛起为公司大股东、股权出现变动和失却大股东地位时，分别填妥29A、29B及29C表格，来通知公司和证券监督委员会。

而在1965年公司法令第69M条文下，若大股东没有遵守这些条例，就属于违法行为，因此，一旦罪成，将面临高达100万令吉的罚款。

如果出现不遵守条例的案件，马交所就会正式通知大马公司委员会，同时，该委员会也会自行展开调查，并接受公众投报。

年杪实行新公司法令

此外，大马公司委员会强调，这些条例规定大股东相当合理的期限，来作出简单的通知，以推广透明度和良好监管，所以一点也不繁琐。

展望未来，为了进一步加强执行力度，该委员会冀望在今年底，实行已修改的新公司法令，把大股东作出29A、29B及29C表格通知的期限，从目前的7天，缩短至3天。

发言人称：“我们还在等待相关单位的批准，希望新条例能在今年底开跑。”

在新公司法令底下，一名作出相关通知的人士，必须再提呈一份通知副本给注册局，若并未遵守条例。将面临高达5万令吉的罚款或坐牢3年，或两者兼施。

此外，官有缘也自称年事已高，所以有时难免作出糊涂指示，但他无意误导他人蒙亏，也不曾建议读者购买他出售的股票。

“由于这些困境，我通常会等到自己在某家公司的股票出售到少于5%，（到时）我只需要填写声明，指自己已不再是主要股东，根本无需列明出售股价的日期。”

（怡保11日讯）根据大马交易所条例，持股超过5%，就是大股东，买卖有关股权时，须在14天內向马交所申报。
虽然逾期申报而受对付的例子，在市场上鲜有所闻，不过本地著名的股市投资好手官有缘涉及3家上市公司的股权交易，却一而再、再而三犯此险境。
当事人、有关上市公司、股票经纪，谁应负起责任？当局会否采取行动？
大家都在紧盯着事件的发展。
大股东股权变更逾时申报 官有缘3交易引热议
拫据规定，买卖股票逾5%的大股东须在14天内向大马交易所申报，但我国有许多投资者可能在不知情下，没依规定申报交易实情，而当局是否会加强执法力度，对这些违规人士采取行动，引起市场关注。
其中极受关注的高调案例，就是在本地股票市场颇具盛名的投资者官有缘，近期内有3宗破此5%警戒线，且都逾期申报的股权交易。
这种违例事件，涉及投资者、上市公司、股票经纪，而哪一方须负起责任？
根据大马交易所列出的上市要求，大股东买卖股票，须在两个星期内向交易所申报信息。
大股东（Substantial Shareholder）在交易所的定义，是持有公司股权超过5%的股东。
《星报》今日也大事报道官有缘有关3起股权买卖的交易；涉及的3家公司是富佳木业（Focus Lumber，5197，主板工业产品股）有限公司、纬树（Latitud，7006，主板消费产品股）和威城（VS，6963，主板工业产品股）。
他在这3家公司的股权交易，除了富佳木业是成了大股东而逾时申报；另两家其实是由大股东变为小股东。
报道指官有缘在4月11日，因买进沙巴州的三夹板制造商富佳工业的6.71%股份（693万股），而成为该公司大股东，但这项信息昨日才公开。
有关公司表示在5月9日才获得上述通知。该公司今日报2.12令吉，起7仙或3.41%，成交量有227万2400股。
在涉及纬树的交易方面，官有缘之前在2014年10月买入5.01%股份成为大股东，最高时持股5.23%或508万股，但2015年11月杪减持，不再是大股东；但有关交易却在两个月后，即今年1月才申报。
官有缘拒绝评论
纬树今天没有交易，股票最后作价是5.55令吉。
此外，他也曾是威城的第三大股东，占有8.8%股份，3月18日至4月11日之间卖出4408万股，但在5月4日，即7周后才呈报。
威城今天以1.21令吉挂收，跌3仙或2.42%，成交量有620万8800股。
本报针对此事尝试联络官有缘，惟他拒绝评论。
陈金阙：不知情下触犯条规
专业财务规划师陈金阙今日在本报专栏指出，他和股票经纪朋友常针对“信息披露”的规定有所争执，其中就论及一名投资者若在不知不觉中触犯了交易条规，就是犯了商业罪行。
“若执法当局严厉执行条规，他可能面对被检举，进而遭当局处罚，如公开谴责、罚款，甚至坐牢。”
他指出，许多投资者不是对法律那么有认识，甚至不小心触犯了法律也毫不知情，如何能采取主动去通知当局他是无意犯错？
他所提出的疑问是，到底股东自己有义务要通知公司呈报，还是公司必须时时监督本身公司的股权，在出现新大股东或旧大股东与卖股到5%以下时及时向交易所呈报？
马交所和证监会指公司委员会应负责
《南洋商报》针对这项事件向相关监管单位提出咨询，大马交易所和证券监督委员会都把相关问题指向大马公司委员会，表示该委员会才是给予回应的合适单位。
马交所接到本报询问后，发言人表示：“有关股东向公司通知本身股权的条例，是公司条令第69E、69F与29G，因此，该事件是由大马公司委员会负责。”
“大马公司委员会是适合给予回应的监管单位。同时，你要询问证监会，究竟该单位将采取何种行动。”
当本报把马交所的回应告知证监会后，证监会发言人指出，大马公司委员会是处理有关事件的单位，要求本报向对方咨询。至截稿为止，大马公司委员会还未回复本报咨询。

与3合伙人创设金务大
官有缘生于1933年1月6日，现年83岁。其父约100年前在吉隆坡怡保路开棺材店，小时的生活激发他勤奋向学，并获得公共工程局提供的奖学金，于1957年在吉隆坡现在的大马工艺大学（UTM）土木工程文凭课程毕业，后来也自修成为合格土木工程师。
1967年，官有缘与3名合伙人合作创设Mudajaya Construction私人有限公司与金务大（GAMUDA）私人有限公司，过后在1980年合并怡保花园（IGB Construction）私人有限公司、Jurutama Construction私人有限公司及MudajayaConstruction私人有限公司，以创办怡保工程（IJM Corporation）有限公司。他在1975年卖了金务大私人有限公司。
官有缘在1983年心绞痛，在手术后就辞去怡保工程执行董事一职，并学习投资股票赚钱。他在本地股市是颇为有名的投资者，有些散户甚至把他视为研究对象，跟随他的投资步伐。而他也经常不吝于分享投资心得，甚至开设部落格，公开其投资组合，是个很受股民欢迎的领导者。

Many money game from the alert list of Bank Negara they are doing the same way with the robber in share market. They robbed the money from public and do charity. They donate to schools, they build hostel and the hall but their ultimate purpose is to gain more wealth and earn the name.

Why there are many money game followers or supporters still following their host even Bank Negara have announced the alert list?
Greedily, will make a person to blindly follow the host. The host will feed the followers some fodder but in the end the followers will lose everything.The followers will always think there's a hope but they have forget they are actually make the rich become richer.

How to differentiate real and fake philanthropist?
This is simple. Real philanthropist will do the charity quietly and they will not expect to have any return. Fake philanthropist will do it with high profile. They want to earn the name and finally they will use the name to rob the poor. Some fake philanthropist they will donate all the wealth they owned and write in the will. Of course they will tell to the public. This is a very smart and high level of a fake philanthropist because they know the wealth can't bring to the coffin but the good name can remain forever. This is a very selfish and smart way to convert the physical wealth to the eternal wealth.

How to differentiate an investor and speculator?
A real investor will never tell you which counter is good to buy. They will only advice you to buy those counters with good fundamental. Speculator will accumulate from the very low and tell the public to buy from the high. When they announced in Bursa, they have already bought the majority share with very low price. They will write some blogs and firstly they will introduce themselves with good name and this is the time for them to use the name. Of course their intention is to influence the people and let the people to push up the share price. This is how the same money game and speculators they do. They robbed the money from the public to earn the name and finally they will let the poor to pay the bill.

Why some people will think the commentators to the fake philanthropist and speculator is also the follower and supporter?
Because in the eyes of a dog they only can see either is a host or dogs. They can only see the same level with the others dog. They will never know the world is actually bigger than they think.
