DNeX与中国合作伙伴概述了SilTerra近10亿令吉的周转计划

港NeXchange Bhd已概述了根据最新的收购计划对SilTerra Malaysia Sdn Bhd进行转型的短期，中期和长期计划。

消息人士称，DNeX和财团合伙人北京CGP投资有限公司在向国库控股提出的最新报价中，计划到2023年向陷入困境的国有半导体公司投资近10亿令吉。

他们补充说，两家公司将首先专注于SilTerra在24个月内的业务，财务和运营周转。



在两到五年的中期，DNeX-北京CGP财团将通过一项1.5亿令吉的创新基金，鼓励人们对电气和电子(E&E)和半导体行业产生兴趣。

该财团还将与国家应用研发中心Mimos Bhd建立战略合作伙伴关系，以激发人们对半导体和E&E领域的兴趣。

通过此次合作，SilTerra可以专注于其商业制造活动，而Mimos可以将其实力作为研发，技术开发，工程，实验性FAB和小规模生产领域的行业推动者。

长达10年的长期计划将需要努力，将SilTerra定位为美国的独角兽企业，并借助其独特的地位在北京CGP及其有限合伙人的半导体公司网络的帮助下构建半导体产业生态系统。

“到2025年，SilTerra可能成为马来西亚10亿美元的独角兽企业，对科技公司而言。随着SilTerra的FAB-1每月生产40,000片晶圆(wpm)和FAB-1E达到10,000 wpm的产能达到接近设计的产能，收入可以增加到300美元亿美元，净利润为7500万美元，估值为15亿美元。”一位消息人士说。

据《新海峡时报》报道，国库控股已收到来自台湾富士康和德国X-FAB硅代工厂的四份SilTerra竞标，之前的提交截止日期为7月31日，后来又延长至10月9日。

其他两个是DNeX和Green Packet Bhd。

DNeX和北京CGP的最初建议专注于规划和执行SilTerra的转型，总投资额达8.46亿林吉特。

消息人士称，该财团将立即注入2亿令吉的新资金，以升级SilTerra的工厂和设备，以消除单点故障，并更换需要高停机时间维护和营运资金的设备。

第三年后，新的3亿令吉新资本正在筹划中，以进一步提高SilTerra在业务状况改善时为不断扩展的市场提供服务的能力。

截至2019年12月31日，DNeX及其战略集团将向国库控股(Khazanah)支付2亿6000万令吉现金，以及承担SilTerra借款的2亿1000万令吉，到2023年可能投资9.7亿令吉。

消息人士说：“ DNeX北京CGP提案有望为马来西亚半导体产业的发展带来重大的社会经济影响。”

消息人士补充说，与其他竞标者相比，DNeX在该财团中60%的股份代表了马来西亚和土著人民的最高股权，确保了SilTerra掌握在当地人手中。
