There are couple of ways in raising fund, ESOS/SIS & PP do enlarge pool of shares but it is a positive sign that the private investors and directors are all bullish and willingly taking up the offer. Otherwise, why would they invest?

It is far better than structured warrant like some of the glove makers did where when mother share price increased significantly higher than its warrant making a huge gap that the issuer IB will have to suppress the mother share price. That's exactly what's happening with the glove counters right now.

How do you know, you visited the factory? Plucking from the air? The main gas pipe line run right in front of the factory. One of key advantage of this plant is the gas piple line running in front of the plant.

It's bursa requirement to provide update on signed MOU on regular basis. No material development (tiada perkembangan lanjut) means no further development, it do not mean cancelled.

If you refer back to the old MOU that Covid19 related like the Sanitizer Chambers, 3 Ply Mask, etc, I would say it make perfect business sense not to commercialise because of market demand.

For Sanitizer Chambers, MOH already announced publicly that it is ineffective and may pose health hazard, killed the market overnight.

For 3 Ply Mask, it is way over produced and flooded by China and Local makers, coz the prod machine is too just that anyone could invest and start prod within days, so there's almost no barrier to entry. Now Gov announced reducing the ceiling price to RM0.65, thus squeezing the margin down even further.

In business world, you have to take react and adapt to market demand fast. So don't just judge base on the surface, look at the details.

AT current PE of 0.22X with price at 0.08, at PE 1.0X should price at RM0.389 (3,862.50%). If taking the industry average of about PE30X (1st Tier) or 50% (2nd Tier), imagine the ROI.

Which management would deny such ROI to suppress their share price?

As explained in my earlier post, 795mil is maximum scenario if warrant, ESOS & PP are all exercised. The 30% max is 679mil which are completed. If there are new shares to be issued, it must announced and go thru another EGM.

Pearl Glove acquisition 1 month extension expiring 12 Nov, too early to speculate the outcome yet. In anyway, with ATG Chemor steady progress, it's impact if any would be minimum.

I always welcome constructive discussion and facts sharing but making brainless accuration and creating lies to spread fear is immoral and despicable that it's everyone's duty to expose and depose.
