Mutton curry,

What snake oil counter??? So you are calling Hap Seng a fly by night investor or a pump and dump, good for nothing company? Ask yourself why would a professional firm like Hap Seng come in... then ask more questions, look deeper into their reports. Hap Seng not into the company for too long. I believe they will release more pertinent information and engage the investors more moving forward.

If they did so too early, its all wishy-washy with no solid data. Now armed with confirmed reserves I am sure they will engage investors soon in a professional manner.

soojinhou... a few caveats on your opinion:

a) Borneo Oil's gold find is actualised less than a few months of trenching, naturally the simplest and easiest find will not be the best quality ... CNMC took 2 years before being profitable, their excavating processes are more involved... if you can find gold after such minimal study, it is likely to get more and better quality further in
b) its not an either or, not Borneo Oil or CNMC situation, both I believe are great investments
c) that find alone by Borneo Oil at today's prices, assuming 80% extraction (because its relatively easy to get to) will translate to some 11 sen per share value (profit) for Borneo Oil
d) being so early in into these mines, the initial confirmed reserves is quite amazing, it is likely to get even better reserves later on, which will bring down their average cost of production ..
e) I find it quite silly in this forum how many naysayers there are on any developments, and most having little knowledge of understanding of fundamentals ... just trash only, hope to encourage more sensible contributors.

Good luck people.
