the cpi drop to 8.2 higher than forecast 8.1, but still dropping, not so good but what make very bad is core cpi going up

as i said, severe selling tomorrow, good luck to those holding

if tonight cpi data not good, then more severe selling tomorrow, then US market Q3 earnings come the following weeks, if those big cap profit less, we can see july price again..

good for me bcoz im already out the market since last week..

predicted below 90c correctly but it was due to pru, the main event this week yet to happen and end of oct will have US big cap earnings week

more trouble to come… probably we can see near 70c the next 2 weeks

refinery play is not a trend anymore, not suitable for mid term or investment no matter how good its earnings are

as you can see, current bullish sector in bursa are tech precision (sfptech/cnergen/coraza/cekd) and software application/cybersecurity (agmo, lgms) as market willing to give value high pe for those counter

when market retrace, its an opportunity to buy them for short/mid term trade or swing, all the best to all

US index bearish signal, operator will take opportunity to dump more and let all those buy high cut loss, tomorrow index will go lower

dont touch today and wait reversal signal

whoever comparing petdag eps with petron means he's a newbie, he was not there when the same equation brought in during refinery peak in 2016

i hold petron now and was there when petron was over rm10.. history has proven that refinery play wont go over pe10 since crack spread margin and oil is one of the highest volatility commodity.. the chart never lies and that explains why i would be correct

As Sslee mentioned, he would sell Petron at the PE of 10 to 15

PE 10 --> RM 6.8
PE 11--> RM 7.48
PE 12--> RM 8.16
PE 13 --> RM 8.84
PE14 --> RM 9.52
PE 15 --> RM 10. 2

So do you due diligence and sell accordingly.

we can agree that when retail sales up, demand for refine product also up

Petron eps 40c is much better than PETDAG 23c..

Petron rm5. 56 vs PETDAG rm22!!

I found petron shld chasing up to at least half of PETDAG

for this kind of counter, patience is money..

must remember "stock market is a game of losses, becoming breakeven is still an achievement" i bought this at .115, nothing to lose
