Supposedly these new Samaritans nak go in to clean up the company and inject new business model to grow the company. Heard the old directors ni refused to step down (maybe got a lot of hidings). Not sure why the court made such a decision. This shall delay the transformation process and will be a disaster to the company.

Today StarBiz mentioned an EGM to replace the existing directors. Some reliable friends told me the current management lacks of direction and good business plan. The new board will bring in new business and projects to bring the company's value with TP to RM1. No wonder the new major shareholders are willing to take big risk to take over a loss making company. They r still buying. Not sure how accurate it is. Anyway, I nanti attend the AGM to see what happen and to support. If u still hold a share on 21 March, pergi lah AGM on 28 March (next Friday) to check it out.

Heard the current management not doing good job. Suffered loss for last few quarters with no clear direction how the company can move forward. That's why the new company wanna to take the lead. Still holding some share now. Should i sell now? Minah, which party u hope to win?
