It's a closed-door meeting, so we just have to wait. I think the news is going to be generally good, otherwise they won't call the meeting, JMHO.

I don't think they will call an EGM to announce a delay. If there is a delay they would announce it thru the press.

It is an EGM not AGM. The EGM is for land disposal. Now we need to see what land and the size of the contract(s). If good, shares will rocket! Let's hope so.

If the directors acted on insider info to dispose their shares then they can be sued. However, there isn't always a direct correlation betw insiders selling and the subsequent movement of the share price. At least this is what I observe in the US market. M'sian market who knows...
