你好。请问 “冷眼30年股票投资心得” 第116页，这一段：。。。至于 应收账款，从该公司的现金流表。。。坏账只有17万零吉。。。
我的问题是：以上一段说这 “17万坏账” 是从 现金流表 看到，请问 记录在 现金流表 的 什么项目 呢 ？（我找不到）。

Assuming your Pesona-WC's cost per share is RM0.31 and you have 100,000 shares.
So, you have invested RM31,000.

Scenario 1:
To convert 100,000 Pesona-WC, you need cash RM25,000 [100,000 x 0.25].
After convert:
- Your have 100,000 share of Pesona.
- Cost per share is RM0.56 [0.31 + 0.25].
- Total money invested is RM56,000.
- In order to break even, the Pesona share price need to rise to 0.56.
- From 0.385 to 0.56, mean the Pesona share need to go up 45% for you to just break even.

If you use the same amount of RM25,000 to buy more Pesona-WC, what willl happen?
- You use RM24,998 to buy 172,400 Pesona-WC @ 0.145.
- Now you have 272,400 Pesona-WC.

- Your Pesona-WC's cost per share now is 0.21 [55,998 / 272,400].
- In order to break even, the Pesona share price need to rise to 0.46 [0.21 + 0.25].
- From 0.385 to 0.46, mean the Pesona share need to go up only 19% for you to break even.

We can not compare Shell with Petdag because they are in different businesses. Shell=Refinery. Petdag=Trading. Shell's performance depends on refining margin. Petdag's performance depends on sales of Petronas's products/services.

Hi, Fifijalal, Announcement dated 30-10-2013, Tan Siew Ching converts 14,661,824 Warrants into ordinary shares, so total no of shares after change = 46,161,824 (12.66%). After Private Placement and listing of new share on 23-12-2013, Total shares for the company has been increased, and Tan Siew Ching's 46,161,824 share = 11.55%. (Private not subcribe by Tan Siew Ching).
