EVs are about to lift off in a big way in Malaysia. This sector is already changing the auto markets overseas. Put two and two together.

The kpmg report is immaterial at this point. It’s business as usual pretty much. Bursa wont suspend them if they dont issue it. This is not like the other company’s situation.

It’s all about connecting the dots. Foxconn invested in Dnex not as some random act. It would be really strange to think their investment is without plans.

If you play contra with dnex you will only enrich sharks. It should be very obvious by now but unfortunately some people are not in tune with this idea.

Charlie there is strong ground chatter that the elections will take place sooner rather than later. But until the CM says anything just take it as a rumor.

The kpmg report will tell you what happened and the steps to avoid similar issues. It won’t be “good” or “bad”. The market knows what scandal took place and when. Legal charges may then be thrown at individuals.

Some flashback news: OM Materials (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd (OM Sarawak), which operates a ferroalloy smelting plant in Samalaju Industrial Park, Bintulu, has sharply increased the sales of manganese alloys on strong recovery prices.

The 25%-owned associate of Cahya Mata Sarawak Bhd (CMS) raised the sales volume of its manganese alloys by 64% to 81,576 tonnes during the October-December 2020 quarter (4Q2020) from 49,720 tonnes in 3Q2020.

“Marketing activities picked up during the quarter ended Dec 31,2020 following an increase in end-user demand which resulted in higher sales and shipment volumes, ” said Australian-listed OM Holdings Ltd (OMH), which owns the remaining 75% stake in OM Sarawak, after it released its full-year financial result last Thursday.

Could the plaintiff, a recently appointed group ceo of another public listed entity, and from whom good resources should not be out of reach, be so ill-advised? Or are we witnessing a smokescreen. That’s what I’m getting at.

I’m now fairly confident they will eventually settle and the plaintiff will not drop the suit, despite dnex having a strong case for itself. Which is why I said this is very “amusing”. There are things hidden between the lines. Definitely I could be wrong.

The lawsuit is very amusing. In very simple terms, the plaintiff failed to deliver the goods to the defendant as per their agreement, then the plaintiff sues the defendant. They should settle this out of court and not waste anyone’s time.

The fact that the pp deadline keeps getting extended is a hint imo
