3 important points from the latest QR:
1. Operating expenses still damn high, the management really needs to do some cost control if they want to improve the PAT
2. XOX still holds 32 million of M3tech shares which is equal to RM2.7 million
3. No surprise from this QR, dun expect it will fly in near term

In consideration of the purchase of the ASAP Sale Shares by Orion at the
Consideration and terms and conditions of the SSA, each of the Vendors jointly and
severally, unconditionally and irrevocably, guarantee Orion that ASAP will generate:-
(i) A profit after tax (“PAT”) of not less than RM7,500,000 for every
twelve-(12)-month period (“12-Months Profit Guarantee”); or
(ii) A cumulative PAT of not less than RM15,000,000 (“Cumulative Profit
Guarantee”)
for two (2) consecutive twelve-(12)-months periods calculated starting from the first
quarter (each quarter starting either 1st January, 1st April, 1st July or 1st October)
after the quarter in which Completion occurs (each such twelve-(12)-month period
being referred to as the “Guaranteed 12-Months Period”).

Based on this proposal dated back on 17/10/16, since ASAP acquisition was completely in August 2017, so the guaranteed profit will only be counted starting from 1/10/17 and the corresponding QR result shud be in Feb 2018.
However, since ASAP already under ORION from August 2017, so whatever profit they achieved in August and Sept 2017 (2-month) shud still be reflected in the QR this month.
So let's say ASAP has an annual PAT of RM7.5m, the 2-month PAT will be roughly RM1.25m. Even if u minus whatever net loss amount from ORION company alone, this QR shud be able to give u a green result, hopefully

Yeoh sold to new shareholders for rm1.12 per share, so the price most likely won't drop below this level..if u not in this counter yet, this is the best chance to collect during bear market,

With all these years of loss making, this is already the lowest price, so once ASAP profit is included in QR, it will only go up..the only prob is that we duno whether it is included starting from this QR or next QR, that's why I say u need to hold till at least next year
