Investing in infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai in UAE and Doha in Qatar should be in line with the 2 countries Govt policy of diversifying economy away from O&Gas.Together with Saudi Arabia, this 3 Arab sultanates are rich financially and stable politically even Arab Spring revolution during 2011-2014 were unable to dethroned the ruling Arab sheikhs!

Malakoff profit margin only 4.1% over last 2 years and current Roe 5.13,
Mfcb profit margin average 17.2% over last 2 yesrs and possibility of going above 20% from Don Sahong,Roe 9
Definitely Mfcb can get better PE than 14x may be around 17-18% esp when they start to distribute dividends

Read the Maybank article again,it said rm5.0 is undemanding valuation at FY20E PER 7.8x
Think carefully in 2020 will the market give Mfcb PER 7.8x or the more reasonable PER 12-15x
At PER12x it will be rm7.69 and 15x will be rm9.61

Maybank gave TP rm5.00 after estimating a boost of core net profit of possible usd8m for the sale of wet test energy in 4q19.
Also predicted some cost reduction of Don Sahong project construction of usd401m due to saving on lower interest rate which will be reflected in 4q19 results.Good for MFCB

Management in recent q report page 26 stated that Mfcb will be compensated by sale of test energy in 4q19 of which turbine 1 already running now and other turbines are expected to be commissioned progressively thereafter.That means 4q revenue and profit will be more than 3q19.

Ya good news.In the last q report page 16,Mfcb reported using interest rate swab of 2.5% to hedge against any rising LIBOR for its revolving credit facility.That means its rm713m short term loan interest is capped at 2.5% which will be about rm4.45m each quarter.
Another thing is in page 9,company disclosed that total outstanding ordinary shares is 399.9m plus warrants not yet convert 50m so total shares is abt 450m excluding esos!
