I managed to travel to south east Asia Bec of AA. In my course of work , I only travel by AA because it is the most cost effective as compared to other airline.
In the process I hv save thousands of dollars. What is this late or even non payment of refund!!!! Penny wise pound foolish. I just ahbor dumb ppl with no vision.

AA - loss reduced to half even at this no fly situation. Management under TF is very lean and mean. No wonder won low cost award continuously for 11 years!!!!
Now with the Covid situation under control with mass vaccination, about to reach herd immunity soon, AA is about to fly. Investors always look ahead . 3-6 months ahead.
Most ppl couldn’t wait fo fly as 2 years under lock down. The pent up demand will be huge. Business will definitely boom. With the other digital business ie superapps, Airasia ride, teleport etc coming fulll scale, business will even be better in AA.

1) Covid is here to stay. Vaccination doesn't work.
2) AA cann't get fresh funds.

u could be rite but i bet to differ. why ???
1) From Sarawak latest covid data, it shows that very clearly vaccination works. Yes they can still trasmit the virus because it stay at the nostril. However vaccinated ppl only has 0.01% of ending up in the hospital or death.
2) SK group has loan 100 million to AA. I believed the AA will get the danajamin to quarantee the 1 billion loan from the few banks soon.
3) The new ventures which AA embark on ie Superaapps, Airasia Ride, teleport etc will bring in new revenue & profits to the group. The plus point is AA might get the digital license. The best year 2018 - Nett profit was 1.695 billions. only from Air travel. Can u see the profits that AA will has once all these comes in.

The rewards outweigh the risks. The rewards will be huge. So i still stay invested in AA.

As of today, 45.3% of the ppl in Malaysia has been vaccinated- 2 doses. 60.2% - 1st dose.
