There is still about 19mil private placement shares to be issued by Censof. Highly suspicious the recent sell down has got to do with the price fixing of the conversion price. Another possible reason could also be the price fixing mechanism of the floating conversion price which is based on 88% of the average closing prices per Censof share on any 3 consecutive market days during the 45 market days immediately preceding the conversion date of the notes which is yet to be announced. The subscriber would definitely try to fix a lower floating conversion price as the fixed conversion price has been set at RM0.6034 for Tranche 1 Notes.
