Basically it means Glotec doesn't have much investments/ earning in near future. Bringing in NCE is only a small acquisition. The reason why glotec has been corrected to 10c and has been quite static around 0.1-0.105 might be due to investors having high expectation on Glotec before they announce good news but to find out the surprise wasn't as big as expected.

亿利达亿元盈利何时来？

另一家公司亿利达控股（GLOTEC）也是很神奇。

这家公司在2012年由三家上市公司合并而成，这三家公司是亿达控股（JOTECH）、将会和汽车工业控股（AIC）和AV投资（AUTOV）。主催者就是亿达控股。

当时犹记得掌舵人取名“亿利达”，即三家公司合并之后，盈利可达亿元之意。

亿利达控股股本为5.38亿令吉（面值10仙），合并后重新上市参考价为12仙，没想到就是第一天开市做到12仙，之后公司股价一蹶不振，两年内掉到5仙。

公司业绩也大逆转，别说盈利达亿，要不亏钱已是万幸。两年业绩尽蒙亏，由2013年6月结帐的亏2千万令吉至2014年6月结帐的3700万令吉，让股东满腹怨气。

65万入股油企

这一切忽然在今年8月有了转机。而公司在8月8日宣布以65万令吉，收购收购NewCentury能源（NCE）60%股权和NewCentury能源服务（NCES）60%股权，成为印尼苏门答腊中部和南部，3项煤层气（coal bed methane）特许经营权的资产持有人和营运商。

这只不过是一项很小的收购，暂时也看不到为公司如何带来强大的盈利，但是世事就是这么难料，其股价当场炒高，半个月内涨至14仙，8月20日当天成交量过10亿股，为76亿交易量贡献最大，冠绝全场。

如今它调整至10仙左右，大概是投资者之前一时冲昏了头，如今细读公司文告，才发现并非很大的惊喜。

由汽车部件制造、精密机械领域、半导体，到油棕种植、煤炭业；如今油气领域也沾边了，合并之前的亿利达股东只想问句，亿元盈利何时来临？

但是，世事难料，不是吗？

无论如何，仙股及油气股方兴未艾，炒作也罢，投资未来也罢，合不合理，购买者心中自有一把尺，沾到的是水还是油，风险自负。
