I know only recently CCCC awarded quite some earthworks and subgrade works to some local sub-contractors only and besides OCR subsidiary JV with Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Pahang for ECRL (possible pahang side only) for project management/supervisory role. It is step by step awarding the railway related works.
