QR is coming out in matter of days. What we are expecting now. Better QR with Money Lending business is on track to earn more profit as the Loan given out is over 75mil. Hopefully IT n ICT also can produce positive result. Property development work in progress hope to have some better news from it only. lol

Dont forget new warrant will be listed later. See how is the price later with lower exercise price with lower premium. More ppl will be trading on the new warrant.

Even at 55sen Premium is 243%. Later depending on the RI price at discounted price up to 30%. After RI the adjusted mother price will be lower and the warrant premium will be higher again. The risk is there if mother price still need better QR to support it.

Warrant really cheap at 12sen. Better take note the conversion price is 60sen after Consolidation 4 to 1. (12 + 60)/19.5 = 3.69. which mean warrant trading at 269% premium. Only advantage buying warrant is cheaper than mother share with less NOSH and still long time until May 2024 expiry date.

today closed at 17sen equivalent to 4.25sen b4 consol. Not much different from b4 consol 4sen/4.5sen. Why still complain so much. Market bad at the moment. how many penny stock in red now. countless lah. lol

Why got shareholder lost his share? Not possible lah. My one also consolidated 4 to 1. How can your one different from the rest of the shareholders. You sold some but you forgotten already lah. Check with your remisier lah. lol

VC cash all tied up at money lending business. 75.4mil loan given out to customers lah. need RI to settle property development loan. understand or not. consolidation is make the nosh lesser look slimmer with higher price. actually is better than 1.2bil shares. lol
