Health Minister to hold special press conference on Covid-19 at 4pm

KUALA LUMPUR: Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad will hold a special press conference on Covid-19 developments at 4pm today in Putrajaya.

The special press conference, which will be held in the Health Ministry headquarters, will also be the first for Dr Dzulkefly since being reappointed to the role.

The press conference is expected to be broadcast live on the ministry's Facebook page.

Covid-19 numbers have seen a surge nationwide, with 20,696 cases registered between Dec 10 and Dec 16.

From Dec 3 to Dec 9, a total of 12,757 Covid-19 cases were reported nationwide, with 11 fatalities.

PETALING JAYA: Sasbadi Holdings Bhd has received a RM486,505 contract from the Education Ministry (MoE) to supply and deliver market-ready digital solutions for Year 5 students in the school session from 2024.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the contract is effective from Sept 1, 2023 to Aug 31, 2025.

It is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of Sasbadi for the financial year ending Aug 31, 2024 and onwards, for the duration of the contract, it added.

You were discussing debt in USD, Euros, and Pounds, but were you aware that they also have operations in Europe? They operate in countries like Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, and Switzerland. They even have plantations in Liberia, not to mention in Australia and China. You think they only operated in Malaysia? You expect to borrow money from Malaysia banking when you expanding in European countries? Do you really think that borrowing money from Malaysian banks is sufficient for their expansion into European countries?

Your words sound as if you're the CEO who can effortlessly manage the company's expansion into Europe. LOL
