Jtiasa land bank = 83,480 hectars (but only have 55,900 hectars planted land). Share price as off today is 1.13

JPG land bank = 55,904 hectares of land (23 oil palm estates + 5 mills). Share price as off this morning is 0.905

I'm quite positive that JPG shares will increase further.

Kucingko Bhd Target Price: RM0.585 with 95% Upside – Malacca Securities

For the fiscal years 2024 and 2025, KB’s topline is projected to grow to RM33.0 million and RM39.0 million, respectively. This growth is supported by an increase in personnel, enabling KB to take on more projects. The fair value of KB is ascribed at RM0.585, derived by pegging a forward P/E of 21.0x to the FY25 EPS of 2.79 sen. Hopefully, the company has plans to setup solar as a renewal energy for the high demand of Data Centre in Johor.
Especially for those lands with older trees above 22 years old with less yield.
Replanting and waiting for the trees to mature takes 1 decade as compared with solar setup and yield per acre.
It would make sense for JPG to to diversify 10% of their land with old trees to do that.
