Better if can survey other stocks recomemded by the MIDF. See whether their TP reasonable or not. I not say they are are cheating but can the journalist mistake into thinking the stock is good? Even warrent buffet brought the wrong stock before.

Just saying constuction are more volatile in their business. Sometime they got a projects the next day got terminated. Today get a good progress payment the next month lesser the payment.
