Sure good price as proton has unabsorbed biz loss of 7 billion plus which is not recognised as deferred tax assets/ income. In view of this the new buyer will have such a big portion of tax to be knock off with future profit and this will be a good basis to get a higher price to sold off proton by drb hicom...let wait for the good news
