Just unlocking by sale of King Koil has turned Kps into a Net Cash company

Assets are cash in solidification.
And Kps still got lots of non core assets to liquidate for cash to give out special dividends like Pelikan. Management has given guidance to sell non core assets for cash.
This single move will now see patient investors rewarded

I donT know whether there are Any Loan balance. Plaza KPS comes with PKNS. PKNS later taken private from
KPS but Plaza KPS remains in KPS portfolio. Some Remisier said. I think wait for announcement to find out

The gain on disposal of 50% KingCoil amount to RM117 million or 22 sen per share. KPS still holds 10% KingCoil.
