AT is a debt-free company and as stated the private placement fund will be utilize the money for the glove-making project which is a good sign.

The independent third party investors will be identified later and i hope is some expert which have experience in glove industry if it is than will be a super good news

3. In view of the termination of the Proposed Acquisition of PGSB, to state where the
additional 6 new glove-dipping lines (which were originally planned to be installed at
PGSB Facility) will now be installed.
