based on my personal analysis, I feel that this counter would be hibernating for the next couple of weeks. still lacking of concrete catalyst, but once the negotiations are finalized, expect to see action. i am in the mode of slow accumulation for this next couple of weeks......

theoretically wise (for bookworms), yes, downward adjustment of 0.35 is correct; but not necessary in real life. the 0.35 payout is only around 26% of the disposal consideration and constitutes gain from sales, the NTA might not be impacted. also since the disposal of Takaful will remove restrictions into further investments, i feel that the downwards adjustment should be cushioned.....

the Definitive Agreement to be signed within 2 months, with another 1 month extension. Now only almost 1 month...... patience and once the agreement has been finalized, everyone will be chasing this counter...... for contra players, avoid this counter until then. for investors with no holding power, dispose and enter again in a month's time if still interested

managed to get 0.595 yesterday already...... :) think will continue slowly accumulating till 0.65, then just hold and wait

firstly, i did not say that we should chase when the volume starts moving. I mentioned that we should observe until the possible RI (does not necessary indicate that volume will spike).
secondly, at times, it is better to miss the bus than get stuck, especially this period when most investors are not comfortable with pumping more funds
