If proven true that financial statements are false n it did lead to big rise in stock prices. Then those insiders profited millions or billions thru own personal shareholdings. If AGC allowed only fines with no jail terms, sounds like a good deal. I suppose I could pay those fines with the profits I made from stock market. Not even a slap on my wrist lol
