between 12 months and 24 months from the date of the SPA.

And if you notice, there is a sample group of person who convert the PA into mother share at the same day as KGROUP...why would they do the conversion?

But let think of, why the warrant is undervalued?

Remember PDZ... the warrant was undervalued when the share price increase to 0.2 whereby its warrant worth 0.05, exercise price was just 0.1, can make 0.05 per share.

A week after, the mother share price follow its warrant, now dropping back to 0.13-0.14, warrant is 0.03-0.04.

Unless XOX is really work into it and they are bringing in 5G into Malaysia.

This is a gamble.

The conversion will take 8 working days, which is approximate 2 weeks time.

Current PA 0.12-0.13 topup 0.05 = 0.18 per ordinary share

Current share price = 0.24-0.26

Assuming share price remain at 0.22 after 2 weeks

Converting WB = 0.22 - 0.19 = 0.05
Converting PA = 0.22 - 0.18 = 0.06

Cost for 100k unit if using WB = (100,000 * 0.19 = RM19,000) and sell for RM22,000, profit is 3K
Cost for 100k unit if using PA = (100,000 * 0.18 - RM18,000) and sell for RM22,000, profit is 4K

But the share price is uncertain, since we do not know what will happen in 2 weeks time.

If Bursa info is true... then surely PA is more profitable than WB la... juz to topup 0.05, whereby WB need to topup 0.06... although just a bit only, but if u trade in huge volume, then u will see the impact.
