No one can predict how far the stock price can go. If KYY or anybody has the ability, for sure he/she will be the richest person in the world. In this forum and FB, there is a bunch of so called sifu did the same thing like KYY. We should explore the intrinsic value of each stock that we invest based on our own knowledge.

Those who said glove stock is bubble, please think again. The existence and threat of Covid 19 is real, the demand is strong, it may last for years to come. Most importantly, governments is the buyers and they never short of money.

Typically it won't be investor relations office to announce this type of big news somemore enquiry phone call from someone they don't know at all.

pBlue, agree! Even if the test of vaccine is positive in the end of year, the demand for glove will shoot up further for coming years. Imagine if they only able to produce 1 billion doses of vaccine per year and it takes about 3 years plus to vaccinated half of the population. What kind of businesses the income is almost certain for years (except those monopoly or crony business)? The thing that most worry me is more and more competitors come in to join this party. That is why i am more interested does TG has their own natural rubber sources (estate). If they do, then it is a bit challenging for others to grow their business if the source of rubber is limited.

They can increase the ASP if demand over supply but the worker shortage in Malaysia has acute effect to TG market share. However, TG has factories in Thailand and Vietnam which has plenty of workforce to catch up with the overwhelming order.

greedy4444, i believe most of the order more than 6 months is for stock piling purposes. That is why TG has allocated 10~20% capacity for drop in order.

Anything that goes up will comes down and nobody can predict clearly how soon the day will come. With current pandemic situation, the demand for gloves and PPE still strong and we haven't reach end of the tunnel. For those keep hoping there will be drastic price drop, it is just a wish.

@ 2527005, i am very satisfied with Harta as well. I have hold them for years and the return is more than 150%. TG gives me the most return, 600%. Hope both of them can keeps growing, so that i can have a better life after retire.

And for the dividend you earn from those listed companies, you don't have to pay anymore tax as they already taxed before the dividend is distributed to your account. There is no double taxation in Malaysia, either tax upfront or later.

TG has production line for Mask and it is very lucrative. As i know from someone who is working in a company that produce mask, their management said it is very lucrative and making very very big money compared to their other manufacturing lines. There is no big surprise if TG next quarter profit has exponential growth.

360Capitalist, If we can foresee a company can earn substantial profits (that is for certain with the conditions nothing bad happen to their production lines and material supply) in coming 4 quarters or more, would you sell it so soon? For me, in this unprecedented situation that TG & Harta plus other big players is the biggest winners.

i don't understand why people keep saying TG & Harta is overvalued. Customer around the world is queueing to get their orders and capacity already stretch to the max. Real demand is there, production is fully utilised and customer is willing to pay more just to make sure their order is secured. We can foresee that their profit is real, we are talking real money every second their production lines churns out real money. Plus this pandemic has changed and lead people to new normal life, it is very hard for us return to the life we used to have and interact with each others.

This pandemic has changed the life style and the way medical staff treat each patient. Just imagine, in the past when you go to visit doctor in clinic or hospital normally doctor doesn't wear glove unless it is serious injury case or skin diseases. Moving forward, may be doctor will use one new glove for every patient. This is a potential new growth opportunity for glove counters.

at this very moment, every factory will try to fill the 50% quota with production workers. The rest admin or office guys can work from home. That is why most of glove makers said their capacity already close to 100%. Plus nowadays those that utilize the most automation process has the advantages. Less workers involvement, less risk of infection.

Up to date i still holds Harta and Topglove, the question that most concern to me is what is their measures and contingency plan to protect their workers. Hopefully they have a strict measures/rules to protect their workers.

@ Smart_invest, you r absolutely right! i had been in the stock market for years and seen a lot of naysayers keep shouting this and that whenever there is slight fluctuation of stock price. For example, i own Topglove and its price has been jump up and down drastically. And when its price was RM5~6, i saw a lot of people gave negative comments and l still believe what i believe. For Asian company especially ASEAN, the character and principle of the boss is more important. I believe the boss is walk the talk type and determine. As long as he still in charge of the operation, i can sleep well in the night.
