晨光 has a real business and with clear insturctions to how to become a resellers.
CSL樱花(福建), is also a real business, but with augmented/inflated financial results.

Technically, if you are doing assignments, if lecturer allows any listed company, we need to choose a company that shows "Cost of Sales" and "gross margin" clearly.

Bernas Annual Report does not show clearly what is the cost of sales and gross profit, students may encounter problems when calculation financial ratios.

The company is using 活期存款 not 整存整取,

The company cash flow from trading is far larger than interest income even applying 整存整取 at 3%. ?????? (Myth haven't solve, some one please unveil)

How can be 40% margin? I don't know. According to the item at taobao (taobao link above),
each plastic folder is ¥1.50 (RM 0.80) at indidual seller? Supplier cost how much ? RM 0.40 each? That one plastic mah, of course cheap cost, LOL......

In local bookshop, other's brand of such folder price is RM 1 ~ Rm 1.50.

CSL make 40% margin
Supplier make 50% margin
Book store make another 50% margin,
Cost of production = RM 0.20 per plastic folder
Reach Malaysia bookshop = RM 1.50 per plastic folder, everyone making profit.

But if you go to recycle centre to dispose that folder, it cost RM 0 .... 好讽刺啊~~~
