What happened if they can privatise? What about those who still hold the shares? Will it get automatically sold off at 0.38?

I'm a bit confused. I thought in the news Ho mentioned they already got enough to privatize, and won't need to buy back more shares? So we can still sell back to them next week? Or we'll be offered with that price compulsory?
