Possession is nine-tenths of the law. Maybe not in maritime law, but China knows what they can get away with. They've already proved it to the United States in their lopsided and corruption-prone, unfair trade practices. I mean like (1) requiring US firms in China to have a Chinese sponsor (2) requiring them to offload intellectual property. (3) requiring strict censorship, which is why Google left (4) requiring by law any and all Chinese private companies to spy for China when the opportunity arises. By the way, they do maintain naval ships very near the United States--off Alaska, lest you think only the US sends its ships into international waters elsewhere. (But not within East Asian territorial waters unless invited.)

Trump is an abomination, but his uneven application of pressure to China (he adores the dictator Xi but hates China's practices) is at least something he did half-right for a change. Biden if elected will continue the pressure. Overall, I'd say DECOUPLE. Bite the bulltet and make the iPhones and Nike shoes in Vietnam and back in the U.S.

China presence around that area is a serious threats only to pirates and other massive military fleets coming from thousands of miles away, on the other side of the world for very unholy reasons.

Most of the towns were founded and built by Chinese entrepreneurs for the purpose of trade. They prospered. Now if we look, some areas of the towns have been taken over and even owned by foreigners or newly-made citizens. Who then is to be blamed for this? In the business world, it’s always the survival of the fittest.

Many Chinese continue to live in rural areas and some in towns are not rich. They are among the hardcore poor. The rich Chinese have worked hard to achieve what they have, some arguably using questionable business practices.

Why? Because the UMNOPUTRAS have taken all the nation's money for themselves.

The urban Malay community (B40) is no longer the VOTER BANK of the ketuanan politicians.

If PKR, DAP and Amananf can forge a true alliance together, they could be a very stable government to take the nation to the next level.
