Still, with TA, we are at the resistance line which most likely will bounce up. Definitely a good buy now.

I suggest u focus on just a few TA that is suitable for u and that particular stock. Too many TAs will cause confusion on the signal that has been given.

No offence, I have been searching for the past announcements regarding disposing of director's shares but I can see that the directors are only actively disposing their shares since the 16th of June 2014. Why is that so?

Personally I would recommend you to use stochastic oscillators(for short term) and moving average with 50 and 150 days (for long term). It works for me at least :)
