答：（1）目前情況是，幸馬泰資源的新油氣業務前景難以預料，使其股價表現波動不定，是否有上升空間，實是難以說得個准。
（2）該公司的哈薩克斯坦的收購計劃，已經到了要籌資的階段，目前（截至10月初）已在進行中，主要是2配1附加股送1憑單，加上一些新股配售，料使它的資本猛增至60億至70億股，若連轉換憑單在內，最多可達到100億股。
大眾研究在其9月3日簡短報告中引述消息指出，該公司大股東丹斯里哈林沙轄表示會將股權，從目前的22.06%增加至32%，因為它在公司的投資是長期性質的，這可通過該公司收購Buzachi Neft油田行動中，認購公司新股活動中達致，有關收購計劃成本約達3億5千萬美元（11億2千萬令吉）。
為配合該項收購計劃，它將進行發行附加股計劃籌資，而哈林沙轄將認購他享有的部份附加股。
