（吉隆坡5日讯）怡克伟士（EKOVEST，8877, 主板建筑股）和三林资源私人有限公司去年签署的联营协议失效，因无法进行总值21亿1280万令吉的砂拉越泛婆罗洲大道第一期发展和提升工程。
怡克伟士向交易所报备，独资子公司怡克伟士建筑接获三林资源的通知，该项工程的工程交付伙伴（PDP）——北婆罗洲大道有限公司（Lebuhraya Borneo Utara），不同意把工程分包给他们的联营公司。
因此，三林资源声称，联营公司无法进行这项工程，之前签署的联营协议也因而失效。
怡克伟士会针对此事保留公司权力，且正在寻求咨询。在有需要的时候，会采取所有必要的行动。
不过，这事件预测不会对集团的营运和财务带来任何实质影响。
去年1月，怡克伟士向马交所报备，与三林资源签署联营和股东协议，成立联营公司，进行砂拉越泛婆罗洲大道的第一期工程下的WPC-02合约配套。
三林资源是在2016年获得该项合约，将交由给联营公司进行。
三林资源和怡克伟士建筑，分别持有联营公司的70%和30%股权。
