I change my view on this little ock.

For the past 5 years, ock enjoys income from small jobs + recurring income. Ock makes profit of Rm30mil consistently for the past 5 years (shown in its latest annual report).

No growth in income means share price has not been going up.

OCK’s admin cost (big boss salaries, office expenses) is Rm60mil per year. Once ock secure big scale jobs, ock does not need to incur additional admin cost which means the profits from the big jobs will translate into superb profits.

Ock-wb has a life shell of 4 years ++ For this reason, I bet on its ock-wb @ Rm0.195.

If you want to go in, suggest to wait for the next 6-7 days. Let the kontra players vomit out first.

You please check Jtiasa’s yield per ha & OER. Then compare.

MKH’s FFB yield per ha stands at 30 tonnes, with its oil extraction rate (OER) staying consistent at 21% from FY2018 to FY2020.

For context, for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2020, Sime Darby Plantation Bhd’s FFB yield per ha was 19.14 tonnes and FGV Holdings Bhd’s was 16.94 tonnes while for the financial year ended Sept 30, 2020, Kuala Lumpur Kepong Bhd’s (KLK) FFB yield per mature ha was 22.01 tonnes.

Jtiasa goes up because there a lot of hypes built around it by promoters. The uptrend can’t be sustained because no result. Revisit the recent past performance and you would know what I’m talking about.

Professor Calvin, I thought you are very critical when it comes to management inefficiency. This time you talk in different tune. I can understand lah. Because you have a position in this jtiasa.

In terms of efficiency, MKH’s plantation is the best managed. Avoid those managed by weak management

As far as I remember, that fellow kena margin call when share price plunged below Rm0.40. Adding more shares at this level could mean his margin is almost hitting the maximum.
