So ikan bilis has to wait until .16 and .165 sell to .15 and .155 cheap sale, then only mau naik. bila mau sampai .20?

.155 finished beli but big blocking. Why these people alway put a lot of sell above .16 and .165. Then after eat up all ikan bilis cheap, go up higher? Cannot just go up and let ikan bilis swim a bit ke?
